Answer incoming calls and provide quality customer service for all Davis Street programs, quickly asses the needs of the caller and routes call to appropriate department or staff person. Use MS Office to perform miscellaneous administrative tasks for facility and safety programs.


·  Answer and routes incoming calls on a complex digital telephone system for all Davis Street programs in a friendly manner, establish client’s reason for calling, and quickly and efficiently direct callers to the appropriate department or resources

·  Learn and understand the Davis Street programs and departments to assist callers with questions and directions

·  Provide administrative support for the facilities department

·  Assist with ordering and tracking supplies

·  Performs other duties, as required


·  1-2 years related experience

·  Bilingual English/Spanish required

·  Excellent phone skills; able to effectively relate via the telephone to serve the needs of patients and clients in a helpful and professional manner

·  Cheerful with excellent customer service skills

·  Demonstrated ability to assess client needs quickly and efficiently

·  Good computer skills using Excel, Outlook and Word

·  Punctual and maintain regular attendance
