Pediatrician/Staff Physician

The Pediatrician is responsible for providing pediatric care services within the primary care clinic, including medical diagnosis, medical treatment, medical follow up care, health promotion and disease prevention, medical consultation, and medical referrals.


  • Provides medical services to children in a clinic setting
  • Diagnoses diseases, conditions and illnesses
  • Reviews X-rays and laboratory findings
  • Coordinate and implement treatment plans, and proscribe medication as necessary
  • Provides leadership and consultation to clinic staff on prevention, diagnosis and treatments
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records and charts
  • Correctly code EMR for all services provided
  • Attends all Medical staff meetings and other meetings as required
  • Remains current on the policies and procedures of the clinic and in the practice of medicine


  • Graduate from an accredited school of Medicine with a MD or DO degree
  • Current California physician license with a pediatric specialty
  • Current DEA certification
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Proficient using computers and EMR software
  • Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Desire to work with culturally diverse populations and varied socio-economic levels
