SUMMARY:Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive
DESCRIPTION:Please join us in supporting the National Association of Letter Carriers’ annual\, one-day food drive on Saturday\, May 13\, 2023. \nStamp Out Hunger Food Drive participants may leave their donations of non-perishable food items in bags\, next to their mailbox\, before their Saturday mail delivery times. Letter carriers will collect the goodies while on their postal routes. \nAll donated food will stay in our local community and distributed to local food banks\, pantries\, shelters and churches.  Davis Street’s Food Pantry has been a long-time recipient of your generosity. \nSuggested food items to be donated are:  canned soup\, canned vegetables\, canned meats and fish\, pasta\, rice and cereal – foods with a longer shelf-life.
