Job Description

Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Operations & Office Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks including performing administrative duties and assisting with project management to ensure the day to day operations are running smoothly.


  • Assist with the management of daily operational activities
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Manage office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees
  • Assist with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relations
  • Manage budgets and prepare financial reports for senior management
  • Plan and organize staff trainings
  • Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports
  • Take part of agency wide Safety Committee
  • Perform emergency maintenance service on-call, as required (must keep and respond to emergency call cell phone)
  • Follow established company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable car
  • Excellent communication, organizational and people management skills
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot facility related items and/or hire appropriate contractor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize; complete all directed assignments in a timely manner
  • Ability to relate to vendors, service providers and/or local government pressing issues and demand immediate resolution and action
  • Lifting up to 40lbs, climbing and working on ladders and roofs, exposure to extreme temperatures and cramped spaces, dust, noise, standing, grasping, reaching, crouching and bending
  • bi-lingual in Spanish language is preferred
