Thank you for your interest in our Basic Needs programs.

Please complete the process of eligibility for our programs by dropping by the Davis Street Basic Needs Department. 

We are located at 3081 Teagarden Street in San Leandro and are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Come to the back of the building to the door with the blue awning.

At that time, make sure and bring the following documents:

  • Photo ID for all adults in your household
  • Birth certificates for children in your household
  • Proof of address (Ex. PG&E, telephone, or water bill that is less than 30 days old)
  • Proof of income or assistance (Ex. check stub, letter of assistance)
