5Davis Street receives funding from the State of California to offer a no cost part-day, 3-hour AM or PM educational program for children ages 2-5 years old. The goal of the California State Preschool Program Part-Day (CSPP Part-Day) is to provide personalized learning experiences before children enter kindergarten. * 2-year-olds must have had their 2^nd birthday to enroll. If turning 5, their birthday must fall after 09/01/2025 to be eligible. Our dedicated staff ensures that every child is provided the learning opportunities they need to be ready for kindergarten. Children enrolled in the morning program get a healthy breakfast. Children enrolled in the afternoon program get a healthy lunch. Our commitment to your child extends to the rest of your family as well. We provide a variety of supportive services for families in need.

The eligibility categories for our free part-day program are: 

1. 1. Income Eligibility: Families in this program must be at or below 100% of the State Median Income (SMI), based on family size.
   2. Means-Tested Government Programs: Families currently receiving Medi-Cal, Cal-Fresh, WIC, CalWorks/Cash-Aid, etc., qualify.
   3. Other Factors: Homelessness, CPS, or Exceptional Needs
