If you’re an active participant in our Basic Needs, Medical Clinic, Disabilities, or Childcare Programs, or if you live in San Leandro, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, Ashland, or Cherryland, you may qualify for our Holiday Basket Program.
Important Sign-Up Dates:
For Current Davis Street Clients: Lunes, Noviembre 4, 2024
Open to the Public: Jueves, Noviembre 14, 2024
Public registration ends on Noviembre 22, 2023, or when capacity is reached.
Sign-up times: Lunes, Martes, Jueves, and Viernes: 10 AM – 3 PM
What You’ll Need to Bring:
Proof of Address:
Recent utility bill (PG&E, water, cable, phone, etc.), dated within the last 30 days
Proof of Household Income:
All sources of income from the last 30 days (income tax forms not accepted)
Proof of Household Members:
IDs for adults, and birth certificates or medical records for children
