Join our growing Behavioral Health team and help our clinic provide behavioral health services to our local community! The Therapist will provide a broad spectrum of clinical services to both adults and children in our Community Clinic. The Therapist will work under their own license and will be capable of providing supervision back-up to the Behavioral Health Director to unlicensed Therapists when needed. Responsabilidades

  • Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and provide individual, family, and group therapy for ages 4 through end of life.
  • Provide culturally relevant interventions and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
  • Provide in-service training to Primary Care Clinic staff and trainees as appropriate
  • Participate in agency-wide training programs and in-services including quality improvement committees and other agency meetings as requested
  • Maintain timely, confidential EHR documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory agency requirements.

Requisitos

  • Current CA License (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
  • Required: 2 years direct client experience (preferred in the last 5 years)
  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/Chinese)
  • Experience working with children and families
