Join our growing Behavioral Health team and help our clinic provide behavioral health services to our local community!
The Therapist will provide a broad spectrum of clinical services to both adults and children in our Community Clinic. The Therapist will work under their own license and will be capable of providing supervision back-up to the Behavioral Health Director to unlicensed Therapists when needed. Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and provide individual, family, and group therapy for ages 4 through end of life.
Provide culturally relevant interventions and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
Provide in-service training to Primary Care Clinic staff and trainees as appropriate
Participate in agency-wide training programs and in-services including quality improvement committees and other agency meetings as requested
Maintain timely, confidential EHR documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory agency requirements.

Current CA License (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist)
Required: 2 years direct client experience (preferred in the last 5 years)
