Job Summary The Clinic & Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, clinical support services, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care delivery. This role supervises clinic support staff, manages workflows and systems, and leads quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts. Full-time position @ 37.5 Hours Excellent company benefits!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, intake, and workflow optimization
  • Supervise staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing development
  • Coordinate staff trainings, meetings, and maintain clinic training materials
  • Manage clinic supplies, equipment, and ensure proper maintenance and functionality
  • Oversee and optimize use of electronic health record systems (eClinicalWorks), including access, updates, and issue resolution
  • Define and oversee projects to support program goals, including EHR enhancements, QI activities, risk management, Meaningful Use, and HEDIS
  • Partner with internal departments, external partners, and consultants to develop and implement project plans aligned with clinical and operational goals
  • Lead quality assurance and quality improvement activities, including data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring
  • Facilitate Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance (QI/QA) Committee meetings
  • Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, including patient access, no-show rates, productivity, and patient satisfaction
  • Compile statistical data and prepare reports, including UDS measures and QI/QA findings
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements; monitor changes and communicate updates to appropriate staff; lead or coordinate clinical audits and support site visits (e.g., HRSA)
  • Maintain and update clinic policies, procedures, and operational protocols
  • Ensure infection control and safety standards are implemented and maintained
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to leadership, quality committees, and board reporting
  • Review patient concerns and grievances to ensure timely and appropriate resolution
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and compliance requirements
  • Comply with the organization’s Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

要求

Required Qualifications

  • Current California RN license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience in clinic or healthcare operations
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement practices
  • Experience with EHR systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools
  • Commitment to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately work with sensitive information and documents.
