Davis Street Community Center is seeking an APP Family Specialist to support families participating in Alternative Payment Programs. This position helps families manage their child care subsidy by providing program information, maintaining accurate family files, determining eligibility, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines

責任

  • Support the Finance Department in the areas of Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), invoicing, Billing, Collections, Bank Reconciliations and other accounting tasks
  • Perform/assist with weekly A/P processes, preparing A/P aging schedules, bank reconciliations and grant reconciliations, and performing balance sheet reconciliations on assigned accounts
  • 在MIP會計軟體中為所有成本中心和計劃準備與期末結算相關的日記帳分錄和其他交易，包括收入和支出的聯合成本分配

要求

  • Associate degree or higher in social services, human development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Basic math skills and experience with data entry into computer software systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, adapt to changes, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual preferred.
