March 28, 2019; San Leandro, California: On March 27, 2019, Davis Street supporters came together and raised $162,045 to support the thousands of families and seniors Davis Street serves each year. The sold-out event, A Night in Havana featured vibrant Cuban themed décor transforming the Sequoyah Country Club into a colorful evening of dining and dancing in support of Davis Street.
During the event, Davis Street recognized Gordon Galvan for his 10 years of service and leadership on the Davis Street Board of Directors and welcomed Dr. Susan Cota as Board President.
