Davis Street’s Primary Care Clinic provides medical, dental, pediatric, and behavioral health services for all people of all ages. Our attentive, compassionate, diverse, and bilingual provider team serves everyone with the respect and quality of care they deserve.

Services include: physicals, ECGs, wound ware, referrals, adult health education, diabetes and HTN wellness group, nutritional counseling, establishing wellness goals, weight management, treatment for Hepatitis C, HIV testing, PrEP program and more.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we accept Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Medicare, Denti-Cal, many private insurance plans (Alameda Alliance, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA, Health Pac), and self-pay patients on a sliding scale fee (based on ability to pay). Our patients come from Alameda County and the surrounding area.
