Davis Street is Offering Free COVID-19 Vaccines!

Davis Street is offering FREE Pfizer Vaccines for children ages 12-17 years old by appointment and FREE walk-in Moderna and Johnson and Johnson Vaccines for adults 18+.

Johnson and Johnson and Moderna appointments are available Monday - Friday from 8am-2pm and walk-ins Monday - Friday from 8am-12pm at Davis Street's Primary Care Clinic located at 3081 Teagarden Street in San Leandro.

Appointments for Pfizer vaccines for children are available Monday - Friday from 8am-12pm.

*All minors for Pfizer vaccines must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless they are an emancipated minor.*
