About the Emergency Energy Bill Assistance Program

Have you received a gas and electricity shutoff notice from PG&E or a water shutoff notice from East Bay Municipal Utility District? Davis Street may be able to help you catch up on your bills. Depending on your situation, we can help ensure that you and your family continue receiving gas, electricity and water. Our emergency energy bill assistance is free of charge.

Who is eligible?

This program is for residents of San Leandro only. You will need to provide proof of having received a 48-hour or 15-day shutoff notice from PG&E or East Bay Municipal Utility District.
