Teacher – Pre-school through 5th grade (Garfield Child Development Center)

Job Description
Under general supervision, provide developmental care and supervision to children enrolled in the Child Development Center; implement age appropriate curriculum for children; establish and maintain supportive relationships with children and parents; and perform related work as required.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and with the team
- Provide a positive and supportive learning environment
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Create and implement hands-on lessons and activities
- Monitor and document students’ activities, progress, and behaviors
Requirements
- 12 ECE units required or Associate Teachers Permit required
- Pediatric CPR certification required
- Related childcare/teacher experience preferred
- Live Scan clearance required
