Following are the benefits we provide to eligible employees:

Medical coverage

The option of choosing from three medical plans.

Dental coverage

A dental plan that provides preventive, major restorative and orthodontic coverage.

Time off

Every year, eligible employees receive 2 weeks’ paid vacation, 2 weeks’ sick pay, 11 paid holidays, and 1 paid day off during their birthday month.

Vision coverage

A vision plan that provides affordable eye care benefits, including: exams, prescription glasses and contact lenses.

EMPLOYEE EVENTS

We sponsor employee events throughout the year that include the entire family, such as: our annual Holiday party, Holiday decoration contest, Halloween costume contest, pumpkin carving party, raffles and games. Due to COVID-19, our company events are based in Alameda County and follow CDC guidelines.

A 403b retirement plan, which offers a tax-advantaged way to save for retirement.

Davis Street Community Center complies with Federal Transparency in Coverage regulations by providing this link to machine readable files related to the health plans offered to our employees. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data including negotiated service rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
