Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of marketing or advertising experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with social media, CRM databases, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong writing, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with diverse communities, manage changing priorities, and handle confidential information.
- Valid driver’s license, a vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Successful completion of required fingerprint clearances.
- Availability for evening and weekend work as needed.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and lift or carry up to 40 lbs for outreach setup.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
