Annual Health Fair/Backpack and Shoe Giveaway Program
Every year, we invite the community to our Teagarden Campus for the Annual Davis Street Health Fair. This Open House will introduce you to the myriad of health services that you can receive at our Primary Care Clinic. Come by and get your blood pressure checked, receive a dental exam, find out about flu and/or COVID vaccines; get all the information you need to manage your health.
This year, during the Feria de la Salud, we will also conduct our annual Backpack and Shoe Giveaway Program. To meet the growing need of this program, we are seeking donations. You may drop off school supplies and/or new shoes at our Teagarden Street campus during regular business hours.
If your family is interested in receiving a backpack filled with goodies, please sign up with our Basic Needs Program, Julio 5 through 20 (or until capacity is reached). Sign-ups are held Tuesdays through Fridays from 10am-2pm during this period.
You will need to bring in the following documentation to become eligible for the Giveaway:
Proof of Address: (PG&E Bill, Water Bill, or any other utility bill within the last 30 days)
Proof of Children: (Birth certificate, Medical card or immunization records)
Household Income: (ALL household income within the last 30 days – we are not accepting income tax refunds).
